help needed to trace call from internet

Hi,
I am getting call from internet on my mobile. the number it displays is +17777777777, the person calls any time and atleast 5 times a day and there is no speech from the other side, sometimes i hear a giutar playing or a "ding" noise, this i am sure the net to phone software has these features to give such noise.
I check with the local service provider to help me out but they are not ready to help and asking me to go to local police, even if i got to police they will come back to them and still they are not ready to reveil the information.

Is there anything some one can help me to findout who is calling and from where the call is gets originated.

Probably best to ignore it and they will eventually go away. As long as there is no death threat you should just ignore it. Log it with the police. Is there anyone you suspect?

Yes I suspect one person in our team who owes money and not giving it back, but I need proof to go forward, since the number is also from internet the police might not accecpt it, i dono i might be wrong.
today morning i got call at 5AM which i had to disconnect. I want to teach him a lesson.
