Need Information on somebody...

Hi, I am sur what I am asking is possible, I would like to get in touch with someone who can do this for me. I have the full name, address, mobile number and ABN of a person who I need more information on. I know his age, but I require more information - namely his date of birth. If possible, Drivers licence would greatly help me as well.
