I'm trying to find an old friend from school.
I've tried everything I can think of!
I've searched the electoral roll for every state and territory
I've contact our past school (privacy stuff)
I've searched every states Psychologist register (she studied Psychology)
I've seached all those school friends sites
I've Googled her name
I've contacted the DoD (she used to be an Army Medic)
I've tried to contact her parents (I know where they live but can't find them in phone book)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you know where the parents live then why not call to the house or write (care off parents address)? That would be the best source presumably.

I am currently trying to locate my ex-husband and I am having horrible luck. He is also wanted by the Barrow County Police, Gwinnett County Police & Child Support Enforcement in Barrow County. They have had warrent out on him since May of 2005. And have yet to locate him. The only addresses I have are that of his sister and his parents. Contacting either one of them will only lead me to them telling me whatever they can to cover for him. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!

Try joining the forum at Military.com It is a great site for finding out stuff on any service personel as there will always be people who trained or served together and some chain of contact can be kept. Good luck

Junior Member you should post in a topic of your own
I am presuming that you have had a child with this guy. Can you enlist anyone elses help who may disarm the family members and learn his whereabouts? You have sufficient information to do it, ie, if some guy was a brief aquaintance at school and who idealy moved away, well have a male friend pretend to be that person and call the family and just say he is back for a week or two and would like to meet up with old school chums bla bla bla. The family just might give the phone number or alternatively maybe find an old school chum to do it and if the family know him just might. You could drop an anonymous letter in on the family addressed to him with some ploy to have him phone a friends number (a number he is not familar with) there is a possibility the caller id would give you enough to work with if he called from his phone.

Have you tried Schoolfriends.com, they are a fairly large forum that connects people, might be a place to start.
