I am looking for my father in law. My husband grew up not knowing he was adopted. He found out when he was around 23 years old. The father that raised him was a good man. My husband felt guilty about looking for his real father. He is ready now to begin looking. We have tried and tried to locate him with no luck. His name is Wilfredo Soto and he is from Chicago Illinois. My husband was born in 1972. Wilfredo we think is around 60 years old. Can anyone help?
