PDXUSA can identify all telemarketers and businesses by using ANI and passes to it's customers.
ANI is also known as the billing telephone number, or the main number of the calling organization, not the number they are sending you.
You don't need an 800 number or call forwarding to do it. PDXUSA uses regular numbers and the only telecom company to provide "UNKNOWN" numbers.
