Please help me locate or find my birth father. His name is Bill Smith. The last time my mother saw him was in Louisville, Ky. He dated my mom for a couple years. He used to do heating/Ac work there in the Louisville area. He is about 5'6-5"9 and kinda of stock built with brown hair. He did wear contacts at the time she dated him. I have his blood type ...that is B+. He is about 46 years old now. I would like to at least meet him and that is all I want.
