I have tried everything... I cannot afford to pay for searches on the net. I have 5 children and their mother has abandoned tham. There is a child support order and for 4 years has slipped through the system. I have minor info... but to gain more I have to pay money I cant afford.... Is there anyway or anyone who can help?
