You are asking for assistance from others, however your comments don't show any courtesy to those from whom you are asking for help. You are likely to get a much better response by taking a step back and being patient, rather than posting comments as you have above.

I had thought this person to be a bit rude but realise it seems to be more frustration and I dare say shamrock comes across as quite mercinary with a sensitive issue. then again how does one approach such an issue because I do note that shamrock is not pushy on the forum overall?

The service of this forum seems a worthy cause but why are there several hundred views of a topic but not one reply? That seems cold and sad, the forum seems empty and deserted.
