Help me find an old friend in Florida, U.S.

I lost contact with an old friend and would love to be able to know what's going on with him. His name is Charles (Chuck) Porter from Florida. He's approximately 46, white (used to have a tan since he used to surf very often), blue eyes and approximately 5'8" tall. He used to have family (I believe a sister who worked at a bank) in Saint Augustine, Florida and I recall that he was born in Clearwater, Florida. The last time I saw him (approximately 1991 or 1992) he was living in the Doral area in Miami, Florida. He was my neighbor there. He has a child who lives in Arkansas.

I would really like to know what's going on with Chuck - I miss my friend very much.
