I have been working with Child Support Enforcement Division to try to locate my daughter's dad, and I am not having any luck. I know he is in Alaska somewhere, but I am unable to find any specifics. I am not after any money from him as I am sure he does not have any. My daughter is 5 years old now. Her dad left when she was just under 1 1/2, and although there was not much time to develop a relationship for them, she is having a really hard time understanding why he is not around. She thinks it is her fault, and I do not know what to tell her except that he is gone and I cannot find him. If anyone knows how I can contact him, please help. All I want is for my daughter to be able to talk to him once in a while, so she knows he is there. His name is Richard Alexander Fraga. He is supposedly in Wasilla or Palmer, Alaska, but he moves from job to job so frequently, it is hard to say for sure. His birthdate is 06/20/72. He also has a daughter named Kendra Louise Fraga that I would like to get in touch with as well. Thank you for all you can do.
