Im trying to find the Insurance Policy regarding the issue of the car accident and life insurance. How much would I be charged?
This Police Report is being filed due to my knowledge of a car accident being stage by a Federal Agent as he slammed into my sister Lori Moore's SUV when she was driving her son Brian to school.
My father Donald Wesley Harmon initiated the contact to be made for a fear tactic. The Federal Agent advised Lori Moore that he knew of insurance fraud commited against me as my brother died in 1997 and documentation was altered. He stated he wasnt concerned of that but wanted her help in a future attempt to set me up.
A Police Report in Teller County Colorado with the Sheriff has been filed as it was sent via certified mail USPS 7006 0100 0001 0478 7564.
This Police Report is in conjunction with a Citizens Complaint that is filed in Fontana Police Department against the same Federal Agaent or Agents involved who are now using Government Wireless technology in a near by residence to obtain remote desktop access with total disregard of Civil Rights involved due to the danger of exposure.
This Police report should also be in conjunction with the Police Report I filed in Teller County Colorodo with the Sheriff's Department. My brother David Harmon was accused of trying to kill his ex-wife Barbara Harmon and her two children not of blood relation to my brother.
Lori Moore's specific guilt lies in the fact a fraudulent lawsuit was filed against Civigenics in Teller County Court Colorado case number 99cv26. This supported the terms of a Life Insurance Policy as Civigenics was previously held responsable in scenerios such as this.
For instance the origonating claims of my brothers suicide that Frank (El Paso Colorado Coroner) and Lucile Fehn (Teller County Court Vice Chairman) assisted in by falsifying documents by these two County Employees left a Life Insurance Policy that was not able to be cashed because of the suicide alligations.
Therefore the Civigenics lawsuit was filed that was under the grounds of wrongful death. This supported lagalities involved in cashing in the Life Insurance Policy.
This specific link of Lori Moore to the Fehn's demonstrates how court documents can be passed through the court system and makes my alligations of premeditated murder of my brother David Harmon stronger.
One doesnt obtain a trusting relationship with trusted County officials after ones death. This clear murder and fraud exists because trusted relationships exist before one is killed.
This link ties Lori Moore, Genny Gregory, Kaileen Harmon, Nita Harmon, Donald Wesley Harmon, Barbara Harmon and Kathy Anderson all togethor as one fraudulent case wouldnt exist without the other.

As I have discovered that my sister Kaileen Harmon is involved with the CIA and CDC. Pieces fit together to clearly show that the Civigenics Lawsuit filed, case number 99cv26 in Teller County Court Colorado was fraudulent.
The Coroners report AUT 97A-274 from El Paso Colorado of David W Harmon had false information to make it look like it wasnt my brother but the toxicology was clean of any drugs or alchohol and this also includes free of Civigenics medications.
The reason for this was Frank Fehn was the Coroner which led to the false documents and the toxicology was conducted by David L Bowennan thus the toxicology on the report couldnt be altered.
Since Lucile Fehn had access to court files and being of relation to the dirty Coroner she could have planted false CDC documentation to support the alligations of my brother taking Civigenics medication and then this allowed the Law Suit to squeze through and push for a settlement.
This often happens to drug addicts but my brother was free of drugs so this lawsuit was created in case propaganda was needed to support the murder.

Since Barbara Harmon my brothers ex-wife and her two kids not of blood relation to my brother were represented as being my brothers kids and Barbara represented as being married also would deture the investigation of why Barbara Harmon had to represent herself when she filed for Probate control in Teller County Court Colorado 97pr32.
I contacted the Bar Association of Colorado due to my life being in danger several times and other misfortunes of sabotage led me to investigate. They gave me the law firm of Sears and Swanson and were kind of expecting my call it seamed.
When I contacted Sears and Swanson, Victoria Swanson made statements of how it was probley another David Harmon which pushed me towards the evidence created and made it appear they had knowledge of the cover up. She also mislead me in 3 seperate emails as I cant get accurate information from them to this date.
It seams that since Frank and Lucile Fehn were used in the premeditated acts that greed set in and another lawsuit was used to create more funds. They could just sweep this under without incident.

My sister Lori Moore's boyfriend Craig worked in the billing department at Tenet Health were he billed insurance companies and became familiar with people in the industry and lawsuits.
He was able to calculate the amount of money's obtained for the Health Company in any period due to his ability to access the information. He had prehand knowledge of stock splitting situations were he could be used by my familly to share this information.
Since he was familliar with the Insurance Companies and there was insurance on my brother David W Harmon that involved his death she had to hire an attorney from Beverly Hills to handle the Probate that allowed her to cash it in.
In order for Life Insurance to be cashed suicide has to be eliminated from the situation. this is why the Civigenics Lawsuit was also created to put false blame on the Civigenics medication since there were already suits filed and settled that Craig new about regarding the alligations against Civigenics.
