He's an old college friend of mine. We lost touch after graduation and I can't seem to find him. Full name is David Neal Hickman, born 7/6/76 in Manteca CA.
We both graduated from Utah Valley State College (Orem, UT) in Aug. 2002. A friend who works for a state agency here was able to look him up and found that he had cancelled his UT driver's licence and gotten one at his parents address back in Manteca (1123 Pepperwood Dr), although I doubt he would be living with his parents. His last known address here in UT was 441 W 400 N, in Provo.
I'm thinking he might have gone to graduate school somewhere in CA. Is there any way I can search school records to see if he's a student anywhere?
Any advice would be appreciated.
