Sometimes in a criminal case, only the mobile phone number of the suspect is known. However, though the suspect is still using the mobile phone number when operating his criminal activities, he is unable to be traced or located as his identity is still unknown. This is because: the mobile phone number is actually registered under another "innocent" party, whom may not even knows it.
And, baiting or ambushing also may be useless as such suspects are usually very cautious and not trusting.
So, does anyone have any advice or solution to such cases? Is there a way or maybe even device/equipment (modified GPS tracing device?) to detect or locate the whereabouts of such suspects?
