Does he have a criminal record?

i'll be dealing in business with this guy, called:

Joe Kane, or Joseph Kane (JOSEPH C. Kane)

i need to know if he have any criminal, fruad or other records....
he used to live in NYC, but now lives in Cos Cob CT.


i would be very greatful for any information that you could help me with.
