I am trying to locate the father of my 9 year old daughter Chelsey. He is in England, his name is Alan Keneth Neary, his date of birth is 23.12 69, His last known adresse to me was Progress House on Dinmore Ave, Blackpool, England. I took my daughter and myself to Spain 6 years ago. She now is asking where her dad is, I went to England last year to look for him, and I got told he was in prison, does anybody know if there is a way of finding a person who is in prison. I have found a few sites that promise this but you have to pay, and I dont have a credit card, I am desperate to find him as he was recently the victim of a savadge attack. Also I am a hundred percent sure that he will be recieving benefits. Surely there must be a way of tracing him through the social services or social security system, please help....
