Can anybody help me identify this woman?

I am writing from Winnipeg, Canada and have come to this forum as one of my last resorts. Can anyone on this forum give me some advice on how I can identify this woman? I have created a blog for this search at: http://identifythisgirl.blogspot.com (http://identifythisgirl.blogspot.com/)

I have tried every NYPD precinct in Manhattan - as well as their communications/public relations department five times. Nobody has been able to help.

So I even went as far as creating a fax and faxing to every single drug rehabilitation center and prostitution reform agency I could find. No luck, although some people tried to help.

I have hired a private investigator service and they are working on the case. So I've created this blog with the hopes somebody could help.

I think I have learned the identify of this woman. Someone told me her name might be Maria Ramos. If anybody can confirm this, please contact me publicly through this forum or privately by emailing me at cobblestonesmagazine@shaw.ca.

the email was your biggest source of information, if you still have it with its headers then the ip adress can be traced, or the named server. It is a long time to follow up on such information but my suspicion someone who had dealings with this woman and access to the photographs wanted you to know her story. The email may have originated from a government server or social support group.

Also you might consider why did someone from new york select you to send this photograph too? Do you know anyone from new york even remotely but who knows you and thought you could help. Or was this photo circulated to any journalist in particular? Did your magazine have many subscriptions from new york? Any subscribers police officers?

Hi, i am new here..i am jayne.. I am searching for an email finder when i stumbled in your post.. I couldn't help but notice that you are from winnipeg, manitoba.. Actually, the reason why I am searching for a free email finder is due to my father who lives in winnipeg, manitoba too.. i have his address and phone number but I can't talk to him now because his wife (my step mother) wouldn't let me talk to him..
