Looking for my father Jim Jenkins from Tennessee

I am looking for my father, Jim Jenkins. All I know is his name and that is was born approx. 1931 or 1932. He was born at Tennessee and he was stationed with the US Army at Lang Goens Germany around 1962. Him and my mother lived at the housing area at Wetzlar, Germany. My Mothers name is Gertrud Engelke. I am looking for anyone who might know his residence or is in anykind of way related to him.
