I would like to hire someone to find out who a message board is registered to and to find out if there is a government employee (s) on this board. The reason I want this information is because of a wrongful/malicious charge that was made against me for online harassment. I have had serious problems with two boys who have stalked/harassed/attacked my computer/hacked my email for more than 2 years. I have accumulated a lot of info on my own, have witnesses to their stalking, invasion of privacy, maliciouness. I know their identities, I want to find out who owns the board they are on and if there really is an IRS agent on the board. You cannot pull up the registration through "whois", but I have the name of one of the administrators and the name of the person it was registered to in additon to a lot of other info. that would be helpful to someone who would be willing to help me. I have a pretty good case against the two boys right now, but the more info I have ........ the better the outcome for me. My goal is to stop them once and for all because they are getting progressively worse as time goes by.

If you are having your email "hacked" the first thing i would do is change your password and invest in a good firewall. It's best to get one good one but not one of the common ones as there are tools to hack these.

To be extra safe (providing you don't play games, just email and office) is install a good Linux OS. They are the most secure out there, cost around $20-$50 AU and can be bought at most newagents, somethimes even free on PC user and similar mags.

Thirdly, report this to you ISP and local police as they have a Cyber crime section in most major cities. This is a crime and they can be prosecuted for it. Your ISP and police will do all the leg work and it'll cost you nothing. You may even be able to take civil action against these 'kids' and your ISP and get a nice new BMW out of it :)

U just need to do these things fast and furious
1. Change your email password.
2. emply firewall.
3. Reinstall windows or whatever else
4. Apply adware to see that no one is spying
5. Check out your Network neighborhood to make sure that your ISP is hidden.
6. Get the best PI on such case if u think u can shell out money on such a case from nettrace.com, usatrace.com, PImall.com, private-investigator-detective.com.
