Noel Phillips

Hi my name is Noelene and I'm looking for a man by the name of Noel Ernest Phillips. He would be about 65-67. He was born about 1939 (I think). He lived in High St Harris Park, NSW in 1971. He is supposedly my biological father (as that is what is on my original birth certificate). I was adopted out in late 1971. When I was born he worked as a cleaner and as far as I know he was married (to the woman who gave birth to me) on 16th February, 1963 in Crows Nest NSW. If anyone knows of this person please let me know or let him know that I am looking for him.
