Hi! I'm trying to help my fiance here in California track down the 4 half siblings in Tabasco, Mexico for whom he has names and general location but who have never met him or known of his existence. He has the name of the father who denied him as a baby and full names of his siblings. No ages or specifics but he would like to attempt contact with siblings who are more receptive than a father whose guilt is keeping him from responding to the sole email that was sent to his university faculty office. Any info on what this kind of project would cost?
